Benson-Henry Institute clinicians have selected relaxation response exercises their patients have found most effective and appealing and have recreated them for your personal benefit in a series of CDs. The following CDs, listed in alphabetical order, provide a variety of guided relaxations to help calm your mind and heal your body. Listening to at least one track each day will aid you in the elicitation of the relaxation response, which leads to less tension and anxiety, better management of stress, and a feeling of well-being.
